Voor ons De Speelberg Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een leidinggevende om één van onze teams te ondersteunen.

De leidinggevende is verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van het algemeen en pedagogisch beleid van De Speelberg en het coachen en leidinggeven aan de kinderbegeleiders, opdat:

- kinderen optimale kansen krijgen om hun talenten en vaardigheden te ontplooien en zich geborgen en betrokken voelen binnen een veilig, kindvriendelijk en warm klimaat;

- ouders zich welkom voelen en in vertrouwen de opvoeding van hun kind kunnen delen;

- er professioneel wordt samengewerkt, vanuit respect en waardering voor elke mens.

U bent ook de contactpersoon voor ouders, u volgt het welzijn van onze kinderen op en u leidt uw team als een dienend leidinggevende (zacht voor de mens, gericht op behalen van doelen, een aangename leider)

Daarnaast neem je ook in samenwerking met de directie de werkplanning op voor alle medewerkers binnen de Speelberg Kortrijk.

Je werkt nauw samen met de andere leidinggevenden ten einde om de kwaliteitsvolle werking volgens de missie en de visie van de Speelberg op te volgen.

u onderhoudt ook goeie contacten met scholen en externe partners.

U hebt een diploma profesionele bachelor binnen de sociale sector waarbij u kan aantonen dat u ervaring hebt in leidinggeven/coachen van medewerkers.

U hebt kennis van kinderopvang en regelgeving Kind en Gezin.

U beschikt over een attest levensreddend handelen of wilt dit binnen de korste termijn behalen.
