Bij Breman Machinery maak je onderdelen die je niet elke dag tegenkomt. We werken vrijwel uitsluitend in stukproductie en enkelstuks. Dat betekent dus geen lopendebandwerk en geen eindeloze herhaling, maar telkens een nieuwe order waarbij jij je vakmanschap en technisch inzicht inzet.

Je stelt zelf in, denkt vooruit, bepaalt je aanpak, meet tussendoor en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je proces en voor de kwaliteit die je levert. Precies dát maakt het werk interessant, zeker als je houdt van afwisseling, techniek en vakwerk.

Waarom dit bij ons anders is Je merkt het vooral in de manier waarop we werken. Alles gebeurt volledig in-house, waardoor de lijnen kort zijn en je direct ziet wat jouw werk oplevert. Je werkt met goed materiaal, duidelijke tekeningen en een team dat techniek serieus neemt. Daarbij werk je met een hoogwaardig en divers machinepark, waarin vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandig werken samenkomen.

Ook de werkstukken en materialen zorgen voor veel afwisseling. Je bewerkt onder andere gelaste constructies, smeedwerk en gietwerk, meestal in enkelstuks of kleine aantallen. Daarbij werk je met staal, RVS, aluminium en duplex, waarbij elk materiaal vraagt om een eigen aanpak in opspanning, gereedschap, snijdata en meten.

We programmeren zowel aan de machine als via CAD/CAM. De offline programma’s worden opgesteld door onze CAD/CAM-programmeurs, met wie jij afstemt over opspanning, gereedschap, bewerkingsvolgorde en maakbaarheid. Vanuit jouw ervaring aan de machine koppel je verbeterpunten terug, zodat programma’s en processen continu worden geoptimaliseerd. Juist die combinatie van techniek, samenwerking en variatie maakt dit werk interessant.

Wat je gaat doen

· Zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-draaimachines

· Opspannen, nulpunten bepalen en gereedschappen opbouwen

· Programma’s schrijven, aanpassen en optimaliseren aan de machine

· Afstemmen met CAD/CAM-programmeurs over strategie en maakbaarheid

· Bewaken van maatvoering, toleranties en oppervlaktekwaliteit

· Meten, registreren en afwijkingen terugkoppelen

· Onderhoud en storingen oppakken in samenwerking met de technische dienst

· Je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt soepel met collega’s, voorman en CAD/CAM-programmeurs
