The posting

Projecten waar je later nog over vertelt: offshore, olie en gas, defensie, ruimtevaart en procesindustrie.

Sommige projectmanagementrollen gaan vooral over afstemming. Deze rol gaat over eigenaarschap. Bij Breman stuur je maakprojecten aan waar de lat hoog ligt, niet omdat dat “mooi klinkt”, maar omdat de eindgebruiker het simpelweg eist. Je werkt aan staalconstructies en componenten die onder zware omstandigheden moeten presteren en waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid niet onderhandelbaar zijn.

Je zit hier dicht op de techniek én op de uitvoering. Je maakt heldere keuzes, houdt overzicht als het complex wordt en zorgt dat afspraken geen losse notities blijven, maar concrete acties met een deadline en een eigenaar.

IN HET KORT: JOUW ROL Jij bent de regisseur van het project tussen klant, werkvoorbereiding, productie, kwaliteit, leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je houdt de lijn strak: wat spreken we af, wat betekent dat technisch, wat moet er wanneer gebeuren, en waar zitten de risico’s?

DIT GA JE DOEN Je hebt meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen. Dat werkt hier goed als je structuur brengt, vooruitkijkt en tijdig bijstuurt. Concreet betekent dat: - Je leidt technische projecten van opdracht tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, scope, kwaliteit en voortgang. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en organiseert communicatie, besluitvorming en verwachtingen. - Je koopt projectgebonden materialen in en zorgt dat beschikbaarheid geen bottleneck wordt. - Je zet acties uit, houdt teams aangehaakt en stuurt bij zodat werkvoorbereiding en productie kunnen doorlopen. - Je bewaakt budgetten, inclusief uren en materiaal, en houdt grip op wijzigingen en meerwerk. - Je werkt nauw samen met kwaliteitscollega’s en specialisten op de werkvloer zodat het in één keer klopt.

JOUW GROEIPAD BIJ BREMAN Je hoeft hier niet meteen “het grootste project” te dragen om serieus te zijn. We bouwen het op een manier die klopt, zodat je stevig groeit in inhoud én verantwoordelijkheid:

Zo start je met projecten waarmee je de organisatie, het proces en de keten goed leert kennen. Daarna groei je door naar grotere en complexere trajecten met hogere eisen, meer stakeholders en meer impact. Op termijn kun je doorgroeien naar Senior Projectmanager of een rol met bredere coördinatie en verantwoordelijkheid binnen projectmanagement.

WAT WE ZOEKEN Je hoeft niet perfect in een hokje te passen, maar je moet wel passen bij de manier waarop we hier projecten draaien: duidelijk, betrokken en resultaatgedreven. Dit helpt om succesvol te zijn: - Hbo-niveau, of mbo met minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring. Richting WTB of Technische Bedrijfskunde. - Affiniteit met maakprocessen zoals lassen, verspanen, conserveren en montage. - Je communiceert helder, schakelt makkelijk tussen niveaus en durft knopen door te hakken. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Een voordeel als je dit al kent • Autodesk Inventor en Autocad voor twee- en driedimensionaal tekenwerk • Microsoft Project en Microsoft 365 • ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur ISAH

ARBEIDSVOORWAARDEN EN WERKOMGEVING Je komt hier niet in een “standaard arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket” terecht. We hebben het goed geregeld, en we willen dat het voor jou ook echt klopt in de praktijk: - Een passend brutosalaris afgestemd op jouw ervaring, kennis en profiel. - 39,25 uur is standaard en 32 uur per week is bespreekbaar. - Een contract voor 12 maanden of direct vast, afhankelijk van match en afspraken. - Werktijden lopen in de basis van 07:30 tot 16:30, met flexibiliteit waar het kan. - Goede faciliteiten, reiskostenvergoeding en een pensioenregeling via PMT. - Start is zo snel mogelijk, maar er is geen haast als jij de juiste match bent.

OVER BREMAN Breman is nuchter en direct: korte lijnen, veel eigenaarschap, weinig gedoe. Je werkt in een omgeving waar vakmanschap serieus genomen wordt en waar de faciliteiten en het productniveau passen bij het soort projecten dat we doen.
