Heb jij een talent voor financiën en een hart voor mensen? Als financieel maatje bij de Tussenvoorziening help je mensen met een kwetsbaarheid om hun financiële administratie op orde te krijgen. Door jouw ondersteuning kunnen zij weer grip krijgen op hun geldzaken en daarmee op hun leven.

Als financieel maatje help je je cliënt om zijn of haar financiële situatie te verbeteren. Dit doe je door samen te werken aan de administratie en budgettering, waarbij jij coacht en ondersteunt zonder het werk uit handen te nemen.

Wat ga je doen

Jij en je cliënt spreken samen af waar en wanneer jullie elkaar zien, bijvoorbeeld thuis, in de bibliotheek of bij het buurteam. In het begin zijn de ontmoetingen intensiever, maar na verloop van tijd wordt de begeleiding minder frequent. Je werkt met mensen die te maken hebben gehad met dakloosheid. Deze mensen hebben vaak psychische problemen, een verslaving of een verstandelijke beperking. Zij hebben vaak weinig ondersteuning vanuit hun omgeving en kunnen jouw hulp goed gebruiken.

Concreet betekent dit bijvoorbeeld:

  • Het sorteren en opbergen van de post
  • Contact opnemen met instanties
  • Het online aanvragen en wijzigen van toeslagen
  • Het opstellen van een overzicht van inkomsten en uitgaven

  • Je bent een uur per week beschikbaar
