The posting

Als beheerder ben jij eerste aanspreekpunt voor de 45 gasten. Je helpt hen zich thuis te voelen, hun taken te laten doen en zorgt dat maaltijden geregeld zijn.

De NoiZ is een 24-uursopvang in Utrecht. Dakloze mensen komen hier om te eten, slapen en te werken aan hun herstel, zodat zij kunnen doorstromen naar een vaste woonplek. Beheerders regelen alles binnen de opvang samen met de gasten.

Wat ga ik doen?

Als beheerder (in opleiding) werk je mee als teamlid op dag- en/of avonddiensten. Je werkt 16 tot 32 uur per week. Tijdens deze diensten ben je beschikbaar voor de gasten hun vragen en zaken die ze willen bespreken.

Je stuurt gasten aan op hun taken en draagt zelf bij aan schone en opgeruimde omgeving door zo nodig zelf wat huishoudelijke taken op je nemen.

Daarnaast zorg je dat de maaltijden geregeld zijn en doe je een deel van de administratie.

Jij hebt ervaring opgedaan met de rafelrandjes van het leven. Daardoor begrijp jij de problemen waarmee onze gasten te maken hebben.

•Verantwoordelijk en goed kunnen samenwerken.

•Flexibel en minimaal 16 uur per week (2 diensten) beschikbaar.
