Wil jij echt de diepte in op het gebied van complexe financiële producten? Als ”Adviescoach” ben je de sparring partner van de financieel adviseur(s); je beoordeelt de adviezen en bemiddelt richting de aanbieders.

Wat ga je doen?

De adviescoach heeft een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en is verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de doelstellingen in kader van van het aantal advies validaties. Daarnaast heeft de adviescoach de taak, samen met de dossierbehandelaar die deel uitmaken van het team, de aanvragen die voortkomen uit de adviezen bij betreffende aanbieders op een excellente wijze (ftr) te behandelen en snel af te ronden. Hoe jouw takenpakket er verder uitziet als Adviescoach:

  • Als sparringpartner help je de financieel adviseur inhoudelijk en ondersteun je bij het opstellen van het adviesrapport t.b.v. complexe financiële producten;
  • In overleg met de financieel adviseur keuzes maken in de juiste product oplossingen;
  • Het adviesrapport controleren op inhoud aan de hand van een vastgestelde set criteria;
  • Bemiddeling / contact met aanbieders tbv afronding van de aanvragen;
  • Aansturen van het eigen team dossierbemiddeling;
  • Het adviesrapport kan de onderwerpen vermogen, inkomen of hypothecaire financiering betreffen. De adviescoach valideert het rapport na positieve beoordeling. De gevalideerde rapporten worden steekproefsgewijs intern door de compliance officer gecontroleerd.

  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen de €4.000 tot €4.600 op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;

Waar kom je terecht?

Deze landelijk werkende onafhankelijk financieel dienstverlener heeft vestigingen door het hele land. Als franchiseorganisatie tellen ze meer dan 100 kantoren verspreid over Nederland. Deze financieel advieskantoren verspreid over het hele land zijn bij deze groep aangesloten. Voor een groeiend aantal van hen verzorgen zij de volledige backoffice werkzaamheden. Zij dragen dan zorg voor het gehele administratieve traject zoals acceptatie, schadebehandeling en incasso onder eigen label van dit intermediair.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Wft gediplomeerd (Wft hypotheken, vermogen, inkomen);
  • Bij voorkeur gecertificeerd FFP of hiervoor studerend;
  • Relevante werkervaring op gebied van adviescontrole en productacceptatie is een must;
  • Praktijk ervaring als financieel adviseur bij een intermediairbedrijf is een pre;
  • Bekend met voorwaarden en acceptatiecriteria aanbieder(s);
  • Ervaring met adviessoftware programmatuur (Adviesbox, Finix, Figlo) en CRM programmatuur (Elements Faster Forward BV);
  • Door kennis en ervaring een ’autoriteit’ op de verschillende vakgebieden;
  • Ervaring in het beoordelen van jaarcijfers van zelfstandig ondernemers is een pre.
