Wie zijn wij?

Deze organisatie is een modern, innovatief intermediair met een eigen volmacht bedrijf in Barendrecht en Bergschenhoek. Dit doen wij niet alleen, wij zijn namelijk onderdeel van een van de grootste assurantiekantoren in Nederland. De gehele organisatie bestaat landelijk uit zo'n 800 medewerkers.

Iedere klant krijgt bij ons de juiste aandacht of het nu gaat om het samenstellen van een verzekeringspakket op maat of juist een updategesprek om te kijken of alles nog passend is. De manier van dit contact wordt afgestemd op de wensen van de klant door middel van een persoonlijk adviesgesprek of informatievoorziening via mail, telefoon, chat of WhatsApp.

Wat je gaat doen

In deze functie ga je zelfstandig op zoek naar nieuwe relaties én je adviseert en begeleidt bestaande relaties. Jij staat voor hoogwaardig advies, waarbij de klantrelatie centraal staat. Je beschikt (bij voorkeur) over enige jaren werkervaring en hebt affiniteit met jouw vakgebied. Natuurlijk ben je op de hoogte van bijbehorende wet- en regelgeving en relevante ontwikkelingen in de markt. Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van het MKB team.

Wat maakt jou succesvol?

Om direct aan de slag te kunnen als ervaren Adviseur Zakelijk (Buitendienst) herken jij je in de volgende functie-eisen:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Enige jaren relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie bij een verzekeringstussenpersoon en/of verzekeraar, zodat jij direct aan de slag kan;
  • Je bent in het bezit van: Wft Basis en Wft Schade Zakelijk, het is een pré als je Wft Inkomen hebt. Je bent in ieder geval bereid deze te behalen;
  • Je hebt een ondernemende, klantgerichte , flexibele en commerciële instelling;
  • Verder ben je een enthousiaste persoonlijkheid met een hoog team- en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Daar wij regionaal actief zijn is het een pré als je in de omgeving van Barendrecht woont.
