Wat ga je doen?

Als Adviseur Zakelijk Buitendienst ben jij dé sparringpartner voor ondernemers in het MKB. Je bouwt aan langdurige relaties, signaleert risico's én kansen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op deskundig en persoonlijk advies.

Je krijgt een bestaande klantenportefeuille onder je hoede, maar weet ook nieuwe relaties aan je te binden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van de binnendienst om klanten optimaal te bedienen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren, adviseren en verder uitbouwen van een bestaande zakelijke klantenportefeuille;
  • Actief benaderen en bezoeken van prospects;
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en adviseren over passende verzekeringsoplossingen;
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en klantbehoeften;
  • Opstellen, beoordelen en bespreken van offertes;
  • Adviseren conform de geldende Wft-richtlijnen;
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens netwerkbijeenkomsten en evenementen;
  • Intensief samenwerken met collega's van de binnendienst voor een optimale klantbeleving.

  • Bruto salaris tussen €4.250 en €6.000 per maand op basis van 40 uur;

Onze opdrachtgever is een grote landelijke verzekerings- en risicoadviseur met een sterk regionaal karakter. Met meer dan 800 medewerkers verspreid over Nederland ondersteunen zij ondernemers en particulieren op het gebied van schade-, inkomens- en zorgverzekeringen. De organisatie groeit snel, kent korte lijnen en biedt veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap en eigen initiatief. Tegelijkertijd heerst er een sterk teamgevoel waarbij collega's elkaar helpen om gezamenlijk succesvol te zijn.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante ervaring als buitendienstadviseur, accountmanager of verzekeringsadviseur binnen de verzekeringsbranche;
  • In bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Schade Zakelijk;
  • Wft Inkomen is een pré of je bent bereid deze te behalen;
  • Commerciële, ondernemende en klantgerichte instelling;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht;
  • Zelfstandigheid gecombineerd met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Affiniteit met het MKB en het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.
