In verband met de groei van onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar versterking voor twee belangrijke rollen: een Allround Verzekeringsadviseur en een Binnendienstmedewerker Verzekeringen. Werk je graag in een persoonlijke omgeving met korte lijnen en langdurige klantrelaties? Dan is dit jouw kans.

Wat ga je doen?

Allround Verzekeringsadviseur (32–40 uur)

Als Allround Verzekeringsadviseur ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Je combineert advies, relatiebeheer en commerciële kansen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten optimaal verzekerd zijn.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het beheren en uitbreiden van een eigen klantenportefeuille, onder andere door acquisitie;
  • Het zelfstandig opstellen en afhandelen van offertes;
  • Het onderhouden van intensief contact met relaties en verzekeraars;
  • Het in behandeling nemen en bewaken van schades;
  • Het verwerken van mutaties en wijzigingen in de verzekeringsportefeuille.

Je woont bij voorkeur in de gemeente Hollands Kroon of Schagen, zodat je dichtbij klanten en kantoor bent.

Binnendienstmedewerker Verzekeringen (24–40 uur)

Als Binnendienstmedewerker Verzekeringen ben jij de onmisbare schakel binnen het team. Je ondersteunt de buitendienst en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt.

Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Het ondersteunen van relatiebeheerders in de buitendienst;
  • Contact met relaties en verzekeraars;
  • Het melden en bewaken van schades;
  • Het opstellen van offertes;
  • Het ontvangen van relaties op kantoor;
  • Het beheren van agenda’s;
  • Het verwerken van mutaties en administratieve werkzaamheden.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

Voor de rol van Allround Verzekeringsadviseur:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de intermediairsbranche;
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis, Particulier en Zakelijk (Wft Inkomen en/of Vermogen is een pré);
  • Bereidheid om jezelf verder te blijven ontwikkelen en opleidingen te volgen.

Voor de rol van Binnendienstmedewerker Verzekeringen:

  • Minimaal Wft Basis en Wft Particulier, of de bereidheid deze te behalen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, servicegericht en vindt het leuk om te ondersteunen en te ontzorgen.
