Wil je jouw medische kennis inzetten om werknemers te begeleiden naar een gezonde en duurzame terugkeer naar werk? Dan is dit jouw kans om aan de slag te gaan als Arboverpleegkundige binnen een innovatieve arbodienst waar persoonlijke aandacht, ontwikkeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Arboverpleegkundige ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het verzuim- en re-integratieproces. Je begeleidt werknemers tijdens de eerste twee jaar van ziekteverzuim volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter en werkt onder taakdelegatie van de bedrijfsarts. Daarbij combineer je jouw medische expertise met een mensgerichte aanpak.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Zelfstandig voeren van verzuimspreekuren en beoordelen van de belastbaarheid van werknemers;
  • Signaleren van medische en psychosociale belemmeringen die het herstel beïnvloeden;
  • Adviseren van werknemers en werkgevers over duurzame inzetbaarheid en re-integratiemogelijkheden;
  • Bewaken van de voortgang van het verzuimproces en waar nodig opschalen naar de bedrijfsarts;
  • Zorgvuldig vastleggen van bevindingen en afspraken in het medisch dossier;
  • Actief bijdragen aan een gezonde, veilige en duurzame werkomgeving voor werknemers.

Wat bieden ze jou?

  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.850 en € 5.500 op basis van 40 uur;
  • Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur;
  • 8% vakantiegeld;
  • 28 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer of volledige OV-vergoeding;

Waar kom je terecht?

Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerde arbodienstverlener die organisaties ondersteunt bij verzuimbegeleiding, duurzame inzetbaarheid en gezondheidsmanagement. Binnen een multidisciplinair team van professionals werk je dagelijks aan het verbeteren van de gezondheid van medewerkers én het ondersteunen van werkgevers bij een effectief verzuimbeleid. De organisatie staat bekend om haar persoonlijke aanpak, korte lijnen en continue aandacht voor ontwikkeling en innovatie.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Je beschikt over een hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde of een hbo-paramedische opleiding (zoals fysiotherapie of ergotherapie);
  • Je bent BIG-geregistreerd;
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Een afgeronde post-hbo Arboverpleegkundige of POB-opleiding is een pré;
  • Je hebt kennis van de Wet verbetering poortwachter en verzuimbegeleiding;
  • Je bent medisch sterk onderlegd en kunt situaties goed analyseren;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, empathisch en professioneel;
  • Ervaring met Verzuimsignaal is een pré;
  • Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
