Word jij het persoonlijke aanspreekpunt voor onze adviseurs? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste hypotheekacceptant voor een uitdagende functie bij een toonaangevende serviceprovider.

Waar je terecht komt

Deze klant is een snelgroeiende organisatie waarin 1500 intermediairs in de financiële dienstverlening samen voordelen delen. Zij bieden de financieel adviseur optimale ondersteuning en toegang tot de gehele financiële markt. Je komt terecht in een informeel bedrijf bestaande uit zo’n 130 medewerkers. Je komt te werken op de afdeling Hypotheken.

Je gaat je o.a. bezighouden met:

  • het beoordelen, verwerken en completeren van hypotheekdossiers;
  • het onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met onze leden en geldverstrekkers;
  • het actief meedenken en het doen van voorstellen ter verbetering van de werkzaamheden en processen op de afdeling.
  • Een afgeronde mbo+/hbo opleiding;
  • Het Wft basisdiploma en Wft hypothecair krediet op zak;
  • Werkervaring in het acceptatiewerk en actuele kennis van de hypotheekmarkt;
  • Een servicegerichte instelling;
  • Salaris €2.800,- tot €4.100,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek
  • 27 vakantiedagen
