De rol:

Als Expat Hypotheekadviseur heb je direct invloed op het succes van het verblijf van onze cliënten in Nederland. Onze cliënten bestaan uit kennismigranten en hun gezinnen. We helpen onze klanten inzicht te krijgen in hun financiële situatie in Nederland en hoe ze hun financiële doelstellingen op de korte en lange termijn kunnen bereiken.

In deze rol analyseer je de financiële positie van onze klant en presenteer je aanbevelingen op basis van de financiële situatie en doelen van de klant aan de financieel specialist met wie je samenwerkt. Je adviseert over veel persoonlijke financiële onderwerpen, waaronder spaar- / beleggingsstrategieën, overwegingen voor estate planning, beschermingsplanning door middel van verzekeringen en pensioenaccumulatie- en distributietactieken. Je verzorgt de product bemiddeling om onze klanten te helpen hun doelen te bereiken.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Expat Hypotheekadviseur die enthousiast wordt over het werken voor een snelgroeiend bedrijf en resultaatgericht te werk wilt gaan. Wij geloven in duurzame groei en langdurige relaties. Als je geobsedeerd bent in het omzetten van cijfers in zinvol advies en daarnaast op persoonlijk en professioneel wilt ontwikkelen, is deze rol de perfecte match voor jou.

Onze cultuur:

Ons kleine team brengt 32-40 uur per week samen door en we vinden daarom een veilige en evenwichtige werkomgeving essentieel. Geregeld worden onze vrijdagavonden doorgebracht op kantoor met pizza en bordspellen (met muziek op de achtergrond) of in de stad met een drankje.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseer de financiële situatie van onze cliënten.
  • Schrijf, beheer en implementeer een financieel plan.
  • Presenteer geschikte financiële producten en diensten aan de specialist.
  • Voer de bemiddeling voor een breed scala aan financiële producten uit.
  • Houd je kennis van regelgeving, praktijken en financiële producten op peil.

Jij bent:

  • In het bezit van geldige vergunningen (WFT-basis, hypothecair krediet en vermogen). Eventueel bereidheid om dit binnen zes maanden te behalen.
  • Internationaal ingesteld en spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.
  • Bereid om tijd en moeite te investeren om jezelf te ontwikkelen en de financieel specialist voor onze cliënten te worden.
