Wil jij hypotheken weer begrijpelijk, menselijk én een beetje leuk maken?

Bij onze opdrachtgever krijg je de ruimte om écht naast de klant te staan, mee te bouwen aan een groeiende organisatie en het hypotheekproces slimmer in te richten dan “hoe het altijd ging”.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Hypotheekadviseur ben jij van begin tot eind betrokken bij één van de belangrijkste financiële momenten in het leven van klanten. Jij brengt rust, overzicht en vertrouwen in een traject dat voor veel mensen spannend is. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • De financiële situatie, woonwensen en toekomstplannen van klanten grondig in kaart brengt;
  • Verschillende scenario’s doorrekent (aankoop, doorstromen, oversluiten, verhogen, herfinancieren);
  • Rentes en voorwaarden vergelijkt bij meerdere geldverstrekkers;
  • Heldere en begrijpelijke adviezen opstelt en toelicht;
  • Klanten proactief op de hoogte houdt van de voortgang;
  • Adviesrapporten opstelt en dossiers begeleidt van A tot Z;
  • Dagelijks schakelt met notarissen, taxateurs en geldverstrekkers;
  • Meedenkt over hoe processen eenvoudiger, slimmer en klantvriendelijker kunnen.

Je bent niet alleen adviseur, maar ook sparringpartner. Iemand die meeviert bij een geaccepteerd bod en ervoor zorgt dat klanten ook na het passeren bij de notaris weten: “Voor onze hypotheek bellen we jou weer.”

Wat bieden ze jou?

Onze opdrachtgever investeert graag in jou en jouw ontwikkeling. Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 5.000 (o.b.v. fulltime en ervaring);
  • Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur;
  • Hybride werken na je inwerkperiode;
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Volledige vergoeding van Wft Vermogen (indien nog niet behaald) én ondersteuning bij PE;
  • Een ondersteunende backoffice, zodat jij je kunt focussen op advies en klantcontact;
  • Werken met moderne systemen zoals Fastlane en eBlinqx;
  • Veel ruimte voor eigen ideeën en invloed op hoe de organisatie zich ontwikkelt.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je komt terecht bij onze opdrachtgever, een jonge en onafhankelijke hypotheekbemiddelaar in Almere. Het is een klein, ambitieus team met korte lijnen, waar veel nog in ontwikkeling is. Juist dat maakt het interessant: jouw ideeën doen ertoe en je bouwt actief mee aan de groei van een organisatie die hypotheken menselijker, overzichtelijker en transparanter wil maken.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als (junior/medior) hypotheekadviseur of in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Hypothecair Krediet (Wft Vermogen is een pré of bereid dit te behalen);
  • Je legt financiële zaken helder uit, zonder onnodig jargon;
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen inhoud en persoonlijk contact;
  • Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen in processen en klantbeleving;
  • Je hebt de ambitie om mee te bouwen aan een organisatie met groeiplannen;
  • Je krijgt energie van het begrijpelijk en toegankelijk maken van hypotheken.
