Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Hypotheekadviseur krijg je de ruimte om te groeien met persoonlijke begeleiding, coaching en samenwerking met ervaren collega’s. Jij:

  • Adviseert klanten over hun hypotheekmogelijkheden;
  • Werkt intensief samen met geldverstrekkers, makelaars en de binnendienst;
  • Beoordeelt financiële gegevens en stelt hypotheekaanvragen op;
  • Bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties, met focus op de lange termijn.

  • Bruto salaris tot €4.000 o.b.v. 40 uur;

Met een uitgebreid netwerk van kantoren zijn zij een duidelijke meerwaarde voor zowel particuliere als professionele opdrachtgevers op het gebied van diverse financiële diensten, waaronder hypotheken en verzekeringen.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Minimaal Hbo-werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt werkervaring opgedaan in de hypotheken;
  • Je hebt de diploma’s Wft Basis, Wft Hypothecair Krediet en Wft Vermogen of je bent bereid Wft Vermogen op kort termijn te gaan halen;
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet duidelijk te communiceren;
  • Je werkt in eerste instantie op het kantoor in Alkmaar, maar bent flexibel inzetbaar op andere vestigingen;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
