Voor een bekende naam in hypotheekland zijn we op zoek naar een échte klantliefhebber die samen met ons team verder wil bouwen aan de meest klantvriendelijke financiële dienstverlener van Nederland. We zoeken (Junior) Hypotheekadviseurs voor meerdere locaties, onder meer voor Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Utrecht, Groningen en Haarlem.

Vanuit verschillende samenwerkingen en onze bestaande klanten is de aanwas van nieuwe klanten zeer groot. Voor ons dé reden waarom wij op zoek zijn naar een (junior) financieel adviseur die past bij de diversiteit van de klant.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert goede gesprekken waarin jij de behoeften van jouw klanten echt goed weet te doorgronden.
  • Je adviseert relaties op het gebied van financieel advies zoals hypotheken, verzekeringen.
  • Je ontzorgt klanten volledig bij alle (financiële) keuzes in het leven.
  • Je bindt de klant aan je voor de lange termijn.

Als onderdeel van ons sterke merk, heb je altijd het doel om met transparant, duidelijk en persoonlijk financieel advies een jarenlange, prettige en vertrouwde band op te bouwen met je relatie.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten? Een uitdagende en dynamische functie binnen een enthousiast, informeel en hardwerkend team waar resultaat voorop staat, maar plezier, humor en echt jezelf kunnen zijn een belangrijke factor is.

De centrale organisatie ondersteunt alle adviseurs op het gebied van o.a. compliance, marketing, adviesvraagstukken en operations. Je staat er dus niet alleen voor!

Als financieel adviseur mag je rekenen op een goede beloning en een bruisend team. De functie zal je uitoefenen binnen een groeiende en financieel gezonde organisatie met veel ambitie en prima arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Jij bent: Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een echte klantenliefhebber die op een bruisende manier contact maakt, die zelfstandig kan werken met een proactieve persoonlijkheid en een enthousiaste drive. Daarnaast zijn de volgende eisen van belang:

  • Jij bruist van de energie!
  • Jij houdt van klanten en van goede gesprekken.
  • Jij doet alles voor een blije klant, nu en in de toekomst.
  • Jij gaat voor de beste beoordeling op advieskeuze.
  • Jij bent in het bezit van de benodigde WFT’s (Basis, Hypothecair Krediet en Vermogen) of bereid om deze te behalen.
  • Jij hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met advieswerkzaamheden
  • Jij hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Heb jij ook nog een eigen netwerk in jouw woon/werkomgeving, dan scoor je bonuspunten.
