Wat ga je doen?

Als ervaren Kredietanalist speel je een cruciale rol in het beoordelen en structureren van kredietaanvragen. Je analyseert financieringsaanvragen op basis van risico’s, rendement en haalbaarheid. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten passende en verantwoorde financieringsoplossingen ontvangen.

Verder bestaan je taken bestaan uit:

  • Zelfstandig beoordelen, analyseren en verwerken van kredietaanvragen;
  • Analyse en toetsing van financiële en juridische documentatie, zoals taxatierapporten, jaarcijfers en koopovereenkomsten;
  • Identificeren en inschatten van mogelijke financiële risico’s, zoals kredietrisico, marktrisico en renterisico;
  • Structureren van financieringen: adviseren over de optimale financieringsstructuur, bijvoorbeeld door te kijken naar LTV, aflossingsschema’s en zekerheden;
  • Opstellen van kredietvoorstellen: uitwerken van kredietaanvragen in een kredietvoorstel voor onze samenwerkingspartners;
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders: overleggen met het team van geldverstrekkers, taxateurs, accountants en notarissen om een compleet beeld van een kredietaanvraag te krijgen;
  • Managen van de klantrelatie.

Wat bieden ze jou?

  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.000 - € 6.000 op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;
  • Werkweek tussen de 32 en 40 uur;

Waar kom je terecht?

Deze organisatie is een kleinschalige en persoonlijke club van specialisten, een gevestigde naam binnen de (vastgoed)financiering. Zij zijn gespecialiseerd in het leveren van op maat gemaakte financieringsoplossingen voor ontwikkelaars, investeerders, eigenaren en gebruikers van commercieel vastgoed.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Ervaring met financieringsvraagstukken en met vastgoedfinanciering in het bijzonder;
  • Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een financiële, economische of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in kredietanalyse, vastgoedfinanciering of een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Kennis van financieringsstructuren, zekerheden en risicobeoordeling;
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om complexe financiële informatie helder te presenteren;
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en in staat om snel te schakelen in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Ervaring met Excel en financiële analysetools;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
