In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat collega's probleemloos kunnen werken en draag je actief bij aan een moderne en betrouwbare IT-omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Supportdesk ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse IT-ondersteuning van de organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en zorgt ervoor dat storingen en vragen snel en professioneel worden opgelost. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer help je een collega met een technisch probleem, de andere keer werk je mee aan verbeteringen binnen de IT-omgeving.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden en oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns supportvragen via telefoon, e-mail en het ticketsysteem;
  • Registreren, analyseren en afhandelen van meldingen in TopDesk;
  • Gebruikers op de hoogte houden van de voortgang van hun supportverzoek;
  • Ondersteunen bij het beheren van Microsoft-omgevingen, Office 365 en werkplekken;
  • Schrijven en actualiseren van werkinstructies en gebruikersdocumentatie;
  • Klaarmaken en uitgeven van hardware zoals laptops en accessoires;
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van de IT-omgeving;
  • Incidenteel ondersteuning bieden op andere vestigingen.

  • Salaris tot €3.250 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur;

Onze opdrachtgever is een landelijke financieel dienstverlener en verzekeringsspecialist met meerdere vestigingen door heel Nederland. De organisatie staat bekend om haar informele cultuur, korte lijnen en sterke focus op samenwerking. Binnen het IT-team krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, mee te denken over verbeteringen en écht impact te maken op de dagelijkse dienstverlening aan collega's.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Minimaal een mbo 3-diploma richting ICT of Systeembeheer;
  • Ook starters en schoolverlaters zijn van harte welkom;
  • Ervaring of stage-ervaring met gebruikersondersteuning binnen een Microsoft-omgeving;
  • Kennis van Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office en Office 365;
  • Affiniteit met Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Online, Teams, PowerShell en TopDesk is een pré;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling;
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, werkt proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs is een pré vanwege werkzaamheden op andere locaties.
