Voor een snelgroeiende en ambitieuze organisatie in de financiële dienstverlening zoeken wij een Teamleider die richting geeft, verbindt en het beste uit mensen haalt. Iemand die niet alleen stuurt op resultaat, maar vooral op ontwikkeling, samenwerking en werkplezier.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter één van de operationele teams. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met een scherpe blik op processen en prestaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw team optimaal functioneert en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit en service.

In deze rol:

  • Geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van professionals binnen de financiële dienstverlening;
  • Coach, begeleid en ontwikkel je teamleden op zowel inhoud als persoonlijke groei;
  • Bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit van de werkzaamheden;
  • Signaleer je knelpunten in processen en initieer je verbeteringen;
  • Werk je nauw samen met andere teamleiders en het management om doelstellingen te realiseren;
  • Zorg je voor een positieve, open en resultaatgerichte teamcultuur.

Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en creëert een omgeving waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en met plezier samenwerken.

Wat verwachten ze?

Jij bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen weet te motiveren en structuur aanbrengt. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de financiële dienstverlening;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en coachend leiderschap;
  • Organisatorisch vermogen en het talent om overzicht te houden;
  • Een proactieve houding en oog voor procesverbetering;
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Bij voorkeur relevante Wft-diploma’s (of bereidheid deze te behalen).

Je bent besluitvaardig wanneer nodig, maar altijd met aandacht voor de mens achter de functie.
