Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider Relatiebeheer Zakelijk geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van zakelijke relatiebeheerders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team optimaal presteert, klanten uitstekend worden bediend en commerciële kansen maximaal worden benut.

Je combineert operationele aansturing met coachend leiderschap en strategisch inzicht. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders en rapporteer je aan het management.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team zakelijke relatiebeheerders;
  • Het bewaken en verbeteren van commerciële doelstellingen, KPI’s en klanttevredenheid;
  • Het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en stimuleren van efficiënt en kwalitatief werken;
  • Het signaleren van commerciële kansen binnen de zakelijke portefeuille;
  • Het voeren van ontwikkel- en beoordelingsgesprekken;
  • Het schakelen met interne afdelingen zoals acceptatie, schade en sales;
  • Het creëren van een positieve, resultaatgerichte en professionele teamcultuur.

Wat verwachten ze?

Jij bent een natuurlijke leider met commerciële drive. Je weet mensen te motiveren, structuur aan te brengen en resultaten te behalen zonder de menselijke maat uit het oog te verliezen.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de zakelijke verzekeringsbranche;
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol;
  • In het bezit van Wft Zakelijk (of bereid deze aan te vullen);
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden;
  • Commercieel inzicht en organisatorische sensitiviteit;
  • Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling.
