Wat ga je doen?

Als particulier adviseur op de afdeling Klantsupport ben jij een veelzijdige professional met een scherp oog voor klantbehoeften. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de particuliere klanten en daarmee hét visitekaartje. Of het nu gaat om een korte praktische vraag of een uitgebreider advies voor de toekomst, jij staat klaar met passende oplossingen en deskundig advies. Goed verzekeren begint namelijk met het begrijpen van risico’s en jij weet als geen ander hoe je klanten daarin begeleidt.

Je werkzaamheden voer je voornamelijk telefonisch uit. Jij bent de stem van de organisatie. Daarnaast beantwoord je klantvragen die via e-mail binnenkomen en sta je open voor het gebruik van nieuwe communicatiemiddelen. Je bent toegankelijk, benaderbaar en denkt graag met klanten en collega’s mee.

Dit ben jij:

  • Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je bezit Wft Basis en je bent bereid Wft Schade Particulier en Wft Schade Zakelijk te halen;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de financiële dienstverlening;
  • Je bent klantgericht, ondernemend en ambitieus;
  • Je ziet commerciële kansen, bent oplossingsgericht en toont oprechte interesse.
