The posting

Voor de versterking van onze technische dienst zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalent technisch medewerker.

Je wordt ingezet voor uiteenlopende technische en ondersteunende taken, met een focus op elektriciteit, sanitair en verwarmingsinstallaties.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team van drie collega's, waar samenwerking én een gezonde dosis humor belangrijk zijn. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het diensthoofd van de technische dienst.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert diverse algemene technische werkzaamheden uit binnen onze gebouwen en werkt mee aan verschillende projecten.
  • Waar nodig ondersteun je ook bij groenonderhoud of transporttaken.
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde en geplande werkzaamheden in ons technisch planningssysteem en volgt deze samen met je collega's verder op.
  • Je signaleert defecten en technische problemen aan gebouwen en installaties.
  • Je neemt taken van collega's over tijdens hun afwezigheid.
  • Je neemt deel aan teamoverleg en individuele overlegmomenten.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Samen met je collega's neem je beurtelings deel aan de eerstelijnspermanentie van de technische dienst.

  • Je bent een echte doener en houdt van praktisch en fysiek werk.
  • Je werkt graag samen en hebt een positieve en flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende opdrachten en werkplekken.
  • Je blijft rustig en behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke situaties.
  • Je voert je taken zelfstandig en vlot uit, ook wanneer je in contact komt met medewerkers en cliënten.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor bijkomende opleidingen.
  • Je onderschrijft de missie en waarden van onze organisatie en gaat respectvol om met cliënten, collega's en hun sociaal netwerk.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met elektriciteit, sanitair en verwarmingsinstallaties. Ook relevante stages komen hiervoor in aanmerking.
  • Ervaring met het technisch onderhoud van gebouwen is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B zodat je je vlot tussen verschillende werklocaties kunt verplaatsen.
