Hourly base pay rate is $24.09 - $36.11/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. New Hires Are Eligible for a $1,500 Bonus
What You’ll Do
You’ll perform light-duty work as an intermediate-level auto technician in a supportive team environment. You will:
- Complete routine auto maintenance, including oil and filter changes, fuel filter replacements, transmission flushes, spark plug replacements and vehicle inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including brake, steering, suspension systems, starting and charging electrical/AC systems (including evacuation and recharge).
- Perform a variety of mechanical and component repairs, including tires, rear main seals, timing covers, radiators and interior/exterior components.
- Test, maintain and replace key components, including batteries and related electrical systems.
- Complete routine maintenance on shop equipment.
- Utilize approved vendors to source and obtain parts.
- Assist with upfitting new vehicles with required equipment.
- Comply with applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations, including proper handling of recyclables, fluids, tires and waste.

You’re a quick learner with a passion for understanding how vehicles work. You show up ready to do quality work, support your teammates and learn. You also have the following:
Minimum Requirements
- Up to 2 years of related work experience
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Current ASE Certifications: G1, A4, A5 status

Benefits
