The Clerk – Data Entry (KhS) is maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records by transferring data from various sources into our database systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while adhering to data confidentiality principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into computer systems and databases using keyboards, scanners, or other data entry tools.
  • Verify data accuracy by reviewing and comparing source documents, correcting errors, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Prepare and compile reports or spreadsheets based on entered data, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with team members, including data analysts, customer service representatives, or supervisors in KhS, to resolve data-related inquiries.
  • Perform occasional administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, or scanning documents, as needed.
  • Assist with special projects requiring large volumes of data entry or data verification within KhS.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proven experience in data entry (1-2 years preferred) or similar clerical role.
  • Basic understanding of computer operations and ability to work with multiple screens.
  • Proficiency certifications in Microsoft Office or data entry software are advantageous.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is primarily in the office based at a KhS designated location, requiring the ability to:
  • Sit for extended periods while performing duties such as using a computer, reading, and writing.
  • Use hands and fingers to operate office equipment, including a computer keyboard and mouse.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$19.00-$20.00/Hour
