L'équipe Corporate Operations Finance recherche un·e Tech Lead Java basé·e à Lille

Au cœur de la direction financière du groupe Decathlon et du réseau IT United, nos équipes IT Finance (plus de 60 coéquipiers) conçoivent, déploient et assurent le bon fonctionnement de 50 solutions informatiques. Ces solutions permettent :

  • aux équipes Finance d’exercer leur métier de manière plus fluide et performante (clôture comptable, gestion des achats, pilotage économique, etc.) ;
  • de soutenir la transformation digitale de la fonction Finance en intégrant les dernières technologies (automatisation, RPA, API, Data-centric, IA, dématérialisation…).

L’équipe de Software Engineers a pour but de concevoir, faire évoluer et maintenir nos solutions internes. Elle regroupe aujourd’hui environ 20 développeurs répartis entre Lille (majoritairement), Nantes et Paris. Structurée en 3 squads, cette équipe évolue dans un environnement agile et hybride, avec une gouvernance partagée entre les différents sites. Un de nos axes stratégiques clés : garantir un environnement propice au développement technique de l’équipe tout en assurant la livraison d’applications fiables, performantes et sécurisées.

TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

  • Concevoir, développer, tester et déployer des applications Java robustes et évolutives.
  • Collaborer avec le Product Management pour comprendre les exigences fonctionnelles et traduire ces exigences en solutions techniques.
  • Intégrer et développer des API REST dans un contexte de service distribué.
  • Mettre en place des solutions de streaming de données en utilisant Apache Kafka.
  • Assurer la documentation adéquate des solutions développées.
  • Participer aux revues de code et fournir des retours constructifs aux membres de l'équipe.

STACK TECHNIQUE

  • Back-end : Java, SpringBoot, Docker
  • Front-end : AngularJS, Vue.JS, Svelte
  • Cloud : GCP
  • Tooling: Github, Jenkins, Kubernetes, SonarCloud, Prisma
  • Outils Collaboratifs : Jira, Slack, Confluence

CE QUE TU APPORTES

  • + 5 années d'expérience, en tant que développeur.se backend Java
  • Expérience très significative dans le design, l'implémentation de bout en bout de solution en mode micro-service (RESTful)
  • Bonne maîtrise des architectures distribuées et Event Driven
  • Solides connaissances des principes Reactive programming, DDD, SOLID
  • Solide expérience dans la mise en place d’une CI/CD, et dans l’intégration de toutes les couches de test (Unit, Acceptance, Integration, Load Testing...)
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de monitoring et d’alerting.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en débogage. CE QUE NOUS T’OFFRONS
