Au sein de Decathlon Digital, nous recherchons un profil audacieux pour concevoir, prototyper et tester des alternatives radicales fondées sur l'IA générative et agentique. Ici, zéro maintenance : ton rôle consiste à challenger l'existant.

Ce qui rend le projet unique

  • 🚀 Terrain d'expérimentation réel : tu audites les systèmes internes pour concevoir des solutions de rupture (agents autonomes, architectures RAG avancées, automatisation de pointe).
  • 🛠️ Stack technique moderne : GCP, Vertex AI, modèles de fondation récents et ressources dédiées pour tester tes prototypes à l'échelle.

Missions principales

  • 🔍 Audit & Discovery : repérer les zones de friction dans nos outils et identifier les cas d'usage où l'IA surpasse les solutions en place.
  • 🤖 Prototypage & R&D : coder et éprouver des architectures agentiques et des pipelines RAG avancés.
  • 📊 Évaluation & LLMOps : mesurer la performance de tes modèles selon des critères précis (latence, précision, coût, valeur métier).
  • 🔗 Protocoles d'interaction : tester l'intégration de standards récents (MCP, échanges Agent-to-Agent) avec notre écosystème Data et SIRH.
  • 🎙️ Restitution & impact : présenter tes démonstrations aux équipes produit et tech pour orienter les architectures de demain.

Profil recherché

  • 🎓 Formation : étudiant(e) en dernière année de cursus Bac+5 (école d'ingénieurs ou master en IA, Data Science ou Informatique).
  • 💻 Technique : maîtrise de Python, aisance sur le cloud (GCP, Vertex AI) et culture solide en IA générative (LLM, embeddings, RAG, agents).
  • 💡 Savoir-être : profil « builder », esprit critique, curiosité technique et clarté à l'oral.
  • 💬 Langues : français courant et anglais professionnel (échanges quotidiens à l'international).
