Otsime oma järgmist müüginõustajat – olulist meeskonnakaaslast, kes pakub positiivseid ja sõbralikke kogemusi igale kliendile meie spordikogukonnas.

Selles rollis toetad sa erinevate spordivajaduste, -tasemete ja -huvidega kliente, aidates neil leida tooteid ja teenuseid, mis vastavad nende vajadustele, ning pakkudes meeldivat kogemust nii poes kui ka veebis.

Sinu põhikohustused

Igale kliendile suurepärase kogemuse pakkumine

  • Tervita inimesi soojalt ja aita neil tutvuda spordilahendustega, mis vastavad nende vajadustele, võimetele ja huvidele.
  • Paku kättesaadavaid võimalusi, alates uutest ja kasutatud toodetest kuni rentimise, parandamise ja tellimusteni.
  • Loo positiivseid suhteid, mis julgustavad kliente tagasi tulema ja tundma end osana meie kogukonnast.
  • Toeta sujuvat ja lihtsat ostukogemust kõigis kanalites (poes, veebis, sotsiaalmeedias).
  • Hia keskkond külalislahke, kaasav ja hõlpsasti uuritav.

Toodete atraktiivsuse tagamine

  • Veendu, et tooteteave oleks selge ja täpne, et iga klient saaks teha teadlikke valikuid.

  • Konkurentsivõimeline palk: Brutopalk alates 1350 kuni 1600 €/kuus (sõltuvalt kogemusest ja töötundidest).
  • Finantsboonused: Igakuine tulemusboonus kuni 10% brutopalgast + aastane kasumijagamine kuni 2 kuu põhipalga ulatuses (seotud ettevõtte finantstulemustega).
