Šiuo metu ieškome naujo sporto patarėjo, pagrindinio komandos nario, kuriančio pozityvią ir malonią patirtį kiekvienam mūsų sporto bendruomenės klientui.

Vykdydami šias pareigas jūs padėsite skirtingų poreikių, gebėjimų ir pomėgių turintiems klientams rasti reikiamus produktus ir paslaugas bei užtikrindami jiems malonią patirtį apsiperkant tiek parduotuvėje, tiek internete.

  • Šiltas klientų sutikimas ir pagalba ieškant jų poreikius, gebėjimus ir pomėgius atitinkančių sporto prekių.
  • Prieinamų variantų pateikimas, nuo naujų ir naudotų produktų iki remonto ir prenumeratų paslaugų.
  • Teigiamo santykio, skatinančio klientus sugrįžti ir jaustis mūsų bendruomenės dalimi, kūrimas.
  • Sklandžios ir nesudėtingos apsipirkimo patirties visais pardavimo kanalais (parduotuvėje, internete, socialiniuose tinkluose) užtikrinimas.
  • Svetingos, įtraukios ir patogios aplinkos palaikymas.
