Ο στόχος σου:

Ανέπτυξε την εμπορική δραστηριότητα στα αθλήματα της ευθύνης σου, καθοδηγώντας την ομάδα σου με σκοπό την απόλυτη ικανοποίηση των πελατών και την επίτευξη υψηλών επιδόσεων.

Οι αρμοδιότητές σου :

Δημιουργία,καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας σου:

  • Σχεδίασε την ιδανική δομή του τμήματός σου και ανάλαβε τις προσλήψεις (recruitment), σύμφωνα με την εμπορική πολιτική και τις οικονομικές ανάγκες του καταστήματος.
  • Βοήθησε τα μέλη της ομάδας σου να γίνουν αυτόνομα, μέσα από ένα ξεκάθαρο πλάνο εκπαίδευσης και ανάπτυξης των δεξιοτήτων τους.
  • Φρόντισε για τη δημιουργία ενός θετικού κλίματος που εξασφαλίζει την ευεξία, το ομαδικό πνεύμα και την εξέλιξη της ομάδας σου.

Απογείωσε τις εμπορικές και οικονομικές επιδόσεις του τμήματος σου:

  • Διασφάλισε την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων και την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών, τόσο στο τμήμα σου όσο και συνολικά στο κατάστημα.
  • Κράτα το τμήμα σου εμπορικό, ελκυστικό και σωστά στημένο, ακολουθώντας πιστά τις οδηγίες visual merchandising της Decathlon.
  • Σχεδίασε το εμπορικό πλάνο για τα αθλήματά σου, συνδυάζοντας τις πωλήσεις του καταστήματος με τις online υπηρεσίες μας, για να καλύπτεις κάθε ανάγκη της τοπικής αγοράς.

Καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος:

  • Ανάλαβε τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες και την ασφάλεια του καταστήματος, εξασφαλίζοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων και τη σωστή υποστήριξη της ομάδας στη βάρδια σου.
