The posting

Who We Are

Inflection Club is a private co-investment community for accredited investors, operators, and family offices who want direct access to pre-IPO deals in the companies shaping the future. Built under Catalyst Capital Holdings, we provide curated access from early to late-stage opportunities that traditionally only flow to endowments, pension funds, and institutional allocators - names like Anthropic, Polymarket, Kraken, and Lovable.

Our thesis is simple: the biggest returns of the next decade will come from companies built on the cost curves of artificial intelligence, robotics, longevity, and next-generation infrastructure. Every deal goes through institutional-grade diligence and is executed as a Reg D 506(c) SPV. No blind pools. No lock-ups. Just rigorous deal flow, presented with conviction.

The Role

The Executive Assistant supports the Director of Community & Operations and the Director of Investments - the two leaders who run the member experience and the investment engine. You will own their calendars, inboxes, follow-ups, and meeting logistics so they spend their time on members and deals, not on coordination.

This is not an order-taking role. We need someone who anticipates what each Director needs next, keeps projects moving without being chased, and protects their time with sound judgment. You will work across both seats, balancing competing priorities and surfacing conflicts early. You will handle confidential member and deal information with complete discretion.

You are not the decision-maker on investments, member policy, or legal matters. You are the person who makes sure the people who decide are prepared, on time, and never dropping a thread.

What You'll Own

1. Calendar & Inbox Management

  • Manage both Directors' calendars: scheduling, prioritizing, resolving conflicts, and protecting focus time.
  • Triage inboxes: draft replies, flag what needs a decision, and close loops on follow-ups.
  • Coordinate across time zones with members, founders, co-investors, and counsel.

2. Meeting & Roundtable Support

  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and materials ahead of Investment Committee sessions, member calls, and Roundtable events.
  • Take notes, capture decisions and action items, and distribute them the same day.
  • Track every action item to completion, with owners and dates.

3. Project & Task Coordination

  • Keep each Director's priorities, deadlines, and open items visible and current in ClickUp and Slack.
  • Follow up with team members, outside counsel, and vendors on deliverables.
  • Support deal logistics for the Director of Investments: diligence request lists, document collection, and IC and SPV-close timelines. You coordinate; legal sits with outside counsel.

4. Member & Community Operations Support

  • Support the Director of Community & Operations with member communications, onboarding logistics, event coordination, and member requests.
  • Keep member-facing scheduling and follow-ups on time and on brand.
  • Maintain accurate member and meeting records in HubSpot with the CRM Coordinator.

5. Reporting & Briefings

  • Prepare a weekly priorities and open-items brief for each Director.
  • Compile summaries, trackers, and updates for leadership - signal, not noise.

6. Travel, Events & Admin

  • Arrange travel, offsites, and in-person member events.
  • Handle expenses, subscriptions, and administrative requests accurately and on time.
  • Supporting directors with special projects/ ad-hoc queries e.g. reaching out to podcast guests, partners, research etc
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc queries if needed

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 3+ years as an executive assistant, chief of staff associate, or operations coordinator supporting senior leaders - ideally more than one at once.
  • You operate with urgency. Our customers rely on us to always meet our deadlines.
  • You anticipate. You notice what is coming next week and have already prepared for it.
  • You write clearly and concisely - emails and briefs people act on without a second read.
  • You are expert in Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management across time zones; comfortable learning ClickUp and HubSpot quickly.
  • You exercise discretion. You handle confidential member, financial, and deal information with complete care.
  • You are async-first and reliable in a fast-moving, distributed team. You do not need to be chased, and you over-communicate status.
  • You exercise judgment on priorities and escalate the right things at the right time.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting leaders in venture capital, private equity, financial services, or private membership organizations.
  • Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-adjacent audiences.
  • Exposure to investor relations, SPV workflows, or regulated communications.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Slack automation, n8n, or AI-assisted workflows.

Benefits

Benefits

  • Fully remote - work from anywhere.
  • Flexible, async-first culture with deep focus time built in.
  • Competitive independent contractor rate commensurate with experience.
  • Direct exposure to institutional-grade deal flow and a high-calibre investor community.
  • Ground-floor opportunity in a private co-investment club being built to scale.

Are You Ready?

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of a private investment community that is growing fast and playing for the long game, working side by side with the leaders who run it. If you are the kind of person who is three steps ahead of the calendar and wants to be part of something built to last - we want to hear from you.

Apply with your CV in English, along with a brief note on how you manage competing priorities for more than one executive and one process you improved end-to-end. We move quickly and will be in touch with shortlisted candidates within two weeks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
