Bij Decostere geloven we dat technologie mensen sterker moet maken. Daarom zoeken we een AI Specialist die processen slimmer maakt, collega's begeleidt in onze digitale transformatie en artificiële intelligentie vertaalt naar toepassingen die écht het verschil maken.

AI Specialist bij Decostere Accountancy

Binnen deze rol word je de drijvende kracht achter de AI-transformatie van onze organisatie. Je verbindt technologie, mensen en processen en zorgt ervoor dat AI een duurzame meerwaarde wordt voor onze medewerkers én onze klanten.

Dankzij jouw kennis van artificiële intelligentie, automatisering en digitale innovatie bouw je mee aan de toekomst van Decostere. Je krijgt de unieke kans om deze nieuwe functie mee vorm te geven en een blijvende impact te maken binnen de organisatie.

Een glimp uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ontwikkelt onze AI-visie en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke roadmap met concrete projecten en prioriteiten.
  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en implementeert AI-oplossingen die repetitieve taken automatiseren en de kwaliteit en efficiëntie verhogen.
  • Je begeleidt AI-projecten van analyse tot implementatie en evalueert voortdurend hun impact.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen medewerkers, management, IT-partners en softwareleveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat AI-oplossingen aansluiten bij de noden van de organisatie.
  • Je begeleidt collega's in het gebruik van AI, organiseert opleidingen en workshops en bouwt mee aan een cultuur van leren en experimenteren.
  • Je ontwikkelt richtlijnen rond verantwoord AI-gebruik en waakt over dataveiligheid, GDPR, de EU AI Act en kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Je volgt de nieuwste AI-ontwikkelingen op en vertaalt innovaties naar concrete opportuniteiten voor Decostere.

Beschik jij over…

  • Een relevant bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met AI, automatisering en/of digitale transformatie.
  • Kennis van generatieve AI (zoals ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude...), workflow- en automatiseringstools.
  • Inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en hoe technologie deze kan versterken.
  • Affiniteit met digitale innovatie en veranderingsprocessen.
  • Ervaring binnen een accountancy- of financiële omgeving? Dat is mooi meegenomen!
