Financial Controller bij Decostere Accountancy

Als Financial Controller maak je deel uit van ons Finance Services team en ondersteun je ondernemers en managementteams bij hun financiële sturing.

Je helpt klanten om meer grip te krijgen op hun cijfers, processen en prestaties. Je analyseert bedrijfsresultaten, bouwt managementrapporteringen uit en zorgt ervoor dat ondernemers op elk moment beschikken over de juiste informatie om hun bedrijf succesvol aan te sturen.

Een glimp uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je werkt financiële planningen, budgetten en forecasts uit en helpt klanten bij de opvolging ervan.
  • Je bouwt managementrapporteringen en dashboards uit die inzicht geven in de prestaties van de organisatie.
  • Je analyseert resultaten, marges en operationele KPI's en detecteert afwijkingen en opportuniteiten.
  • Je zet kostprijsberekeningen en marge-analyses op en optimaliseert deze waar nodig.
  • Je vertaalt operationele data naar financiële inzichten en concrete acties die waarde creëren voor de klant.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met zaakvoerders en managementteams en fungeert als financiële sparringpartner.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze CFO Services.

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om complexe materie eenvoudig uit te leggen?
  • Een goede kennis van excel en financiële analysetools zoals Power BI, Tableau of gelijkaardige toepassingen?
  • Interesse in corporate finance en de ambitie om hierin verder te groeien?
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving? Dan heb je een streepje voor dankzij jouw inzicht in kostprijsstructuren, marges en operationele processen!
