IT Support Specialist (Second Line)

Aan de slag als IT Support Specialist

Als IT-medewerker maak je deel uit van een team van op dit moment drie specialisten, die samen instaan voor het IT-beheer over onze vestigingen heen. Samen met hen vorm je een aanspreekpunt voor tweedelijnsondersteuning en informatieverstrekking en zorg je ervoor dat onze collega’s vlot kunnen werken in een moderne, digitale omgeving.

Een glimp uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je behandelt tweedelijnstickets die door je collega’s of via onze interne IT-helpdesk binnenkomen.
  • Je analyseert, documenteert en lost problemen op rond software, hardware en netwerkconfiguraties.
  • Je denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen in onze IT-processen en infrastructuur.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie en testing van IT-projecten.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met externe IT-partners waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke interesse in boekhoudsoftware en begrijpt hoe IT bijdraagt tot een efficiënte accountancywerking.

Is er een match?

We kijken uit naar een collega die beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor of master in IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Grondige kennis van Windows-omgevingen, Office 365, netwerkbeheer en hardware.
  • Ervaring met desktopmanagement en gebruikerssupport.
  • Affiniteit en/of kennis van software in een boekhoudkundige omgeving.
  • kennis van de programmeertaal Liquid is een mooie plus.
  • Kennis van VOIP, firewalls of Windows Server is een extra troef.

Je bent iemand die:

  • Vlot schakelt tussen analyse en actie.
  • Graag zelfstandig werkt, maar de kracht van teamwork erkent.
  • Proactief verbeterkansen ziet en deze bespreekbaar maakt.
  • Met plezier collega’s ondersteunt, ook als dat betekent dat je even moet doorvragen of testen.
