Aan de slag als Legal Advisor

Als Legal Advisor kom je terecht in een team van zes collega's die samen het juridisch departement vormen. Samen met hen ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en collega’s rond vraagstukken binnen het topic van vermogens- en nalatenschapsplanning. Je combineert juridische expertise met een praktische mindset en bouwt zo mee aan het succes van onze klanten én van Decostere Accountancy.

Een glimp uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij bij successieplanning: opstellen van testamenten, schenkingsplannen en juridische documenten die de overdracht van vermogen regelen.
  • Analyseren van de juridische en familiale structuur van klanten en voorstellen formuleren voor optimalisaties in hun vermogensplanning.
  • Opstellen van huwelijkscontracten, schenkingen, statuten en familiale overeenkomsten, in nauwe samenwerking met notarissen en fiscalisten.
  • Vertalen van complexe juridische en fiscale materie naar begrijpelijke adviezen en concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire dossiers met financiële planners, accountants en andere partners.
  • Proactief opvolgen van wetswijzigingen in successie- en vermogensrecht en klanten hierover informeren.

En dit alles binnen een warme, collegiale organisatie waar samenwerking, professionaliteit en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Is er een match?

  • Een Master in Rechten heeft (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Terug kan blikken op een ruime ervaring binnen vermogens- en successieplanning.
  • Communicatief sterk is en juridische materie helder kan vertalen richting klanten.
  • Zin heeft in een multidisciplinaire samenwerking met fiscalisten, accountants...
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en continue verbetering.
  • Integer, professioneel en teamgericht te werk gaat.
