Decostere Accountancy vernieuwt en verbetert zijn payrollservice onder de naam Salparo – uw partner voor heldere en efficiënte payrolloplossingen. Meer dan een loonsecretariaat, denken we proactief mee met kmo’s, met persoonlijk contact en advies op maat. We willen méér doen, méér zijn en méér bieden – jij ook?

Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Payroll Advisor die niet alleen de technische kant van payroll beheerst, maar ook weet hoe je een klantrelatie opbouwt en onderhoudt. Jij begrijpt dat payroll veel meer is dan alleen cijfers – het gaat om het bieden van vertrouwen, het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken en hierbij inzetten op een zorgeloze ervaring voor onze klanten. Wat hebben we voor jou als Payroll Advisor in petto?

Als Payroll Advisor ben je samen met jouw collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het volledige payrollverhaal. Naast jouw passie voor sociale wetgeving zet jij jou dagdagelijks ook in op volgende zaken:

  • Volledige loonverwerking van A-Z: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en staat in voor de volledige loonverwerking van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Digitale tools schrikken je niet af, wist je dat wij werken met de software van Hrms?
  • Begeleiden en adviseren: Je stelt klanten op hun gemak, legt ingewikkelde zaken op een begrijpelijke manier uit en biedt hen het advies dat ze nodig hebben. Je bent dé expert en vertrouwenspersoon die de klanten ontzorgt en met een gerust hart achterlaat.
  • Initiatief en innovatie: jouw ideeën en inzichten worden niet alleen gewaardeerd, maar ook actief aangemoedigd. Draag jij jouw steentje bij om onze dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren om hiermee Salparo nóg sterker op de kaart te zetten?

  • Klantgerichtheid zit in jouw DNA: je onderschrijft samen met je medecollega’s de gezamenlijke missie om “ondernemers te helpen ondernemen”.
  • Communicatie skills: payroll is veel meer dan cijfers en lonen alleen. Jij kunt deze “métier” vertalen naar de klant op een manier die zorgt voor vertrouwen en duidelijkheid.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht: Problemen? Jij ziet kansen! Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hebt altijd de juiste ondersteuning bij je collega’s.

Beschik jij over …

✅ Minstens 3 jaar relevante payroll ervaring (bij voorkeur binnen een sociaal secretariaat)? ✅ Een bachelor/ masterdiploma in HR/personeelsadministratie of gerelateerd vakgebied? ✅ Een generalistische Payroll kennis en ervaring met Belgische sociale wetgeving? ✅ De bereidheid om jezelf steeds verder te ontwikkelen en te overtreffen? Niet alle vakjes kunnen afchecken maar spreekt het verhaal jou wel aan? Geen probleem, kom gerust even langs. We luisteren graag naar jouw verhaal en kunnen samen op zoek gaan naar de gepaste functietitel.
