Bij Decostere geloven we dat digitalisering organisaties sterker moet maken. Daarom zoeken we een System Engineer die energie haalt uit het ondersteunen van collega's en klanten, het optimaliseren van processen en het maximaal benutten van digitale toepassingen.

System Engineer bij Decostere Accountancy

Binnen deze rol ben je niet zomaar een technisch expert. Je bent een vertrouwenspartner die meedenkt, adviseert en oplossingen aanreikt die het dagelijkse werk eenvoudiger, efficiënter en kwalitatiever maken.

Dankzij jouw kennis van (accountancy)software en jouw passie voor digitalisering, help je onze organisatie én onze klanten vooruit!

Een glimp uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je adviseert collega's en klanten over het optimaal gebruik van onze digitale toepassingen en vertaalt hun noden naar concrete, gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.
  • Je behandelt tweede – en derdelijns tickets die door je collega’s of via onze interne IT-helpdesk binnenkomen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe klanten vlot hun weg vinden in onze digitale werkwijze en ondersteunt hen bij de overgang naar een efficiënte, digitale samenwerking.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten om processen en applicaties verder te optimaliseren en draagt actief bij aan onze digitale groei.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met accountants, IT-collega's en softwarepartners om processen te stroomlijnen en gebruikers optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Je deelt jouw kennis met collega's en helpt mee bouwen aan een digitale cultuur van continu leren en verbeteren.

Beschik jij over…

  • Een bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Toegepaste Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een sterke affiniteit met digitale processen binnen een accountancy- of financiële omgeving
  • Een basiskennis van boekhouding die je helpt om de behoeften van collega's en klanten goed te begrijpen
  • Een natuurlijke interesse in boekhoudsoftware en inzicht in hoe IT kan bijdragen aan een efficiënte accountancywerking
  • Ervaring met Silverfin, Exact Online en/of Expert M? Dat is een belangrijke troef!
