OBJECTIFS

  • Piloter et encadrer une équipe d’ingénieurs Cloud et administrateurs systèmes
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes critiques
  • Définir et déployer la roadmap technique en collaboration avec le CTO
  • Assurer la conformité et la gestion du parc informatique et des actifs IT
  • Porter la responsabilité de la sécurité des infrastructures (référentiels ISO27001 / SOC2)

VOS MISSIONS

Pilotage technique & opérationnel:

  • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des environnements
  • Superviser les opérations de production (déploiements, mises à jour, incidents, bases de données)
  • Accompagner les équipes de développement sur les pipelines CI/CD et environnements de test
  • Mettre en place le monitoring, l’observabilité et la gestion des alertes
  • Optimiser les performances et la gestion des capacités
  • Développer et améliorer l’infrastructure Cloud (IaC)
  • Administrer les systèmes Cloud et On-Prem ainsi que le réseau, VPN et parc informatique

Sécurité des systèmes d’information:

  • Déployer et maintenir les mesures de sécurité (ISO27001, SOC2)
  • Gérer les accès, patchs, vulnérabilités et sauvegardes
  • Piloter les dispositifs PCA/PRA
  • Garantir la conformité des traitements de données aux exigences légales et internes

Gestion & gouvernance:

  • Piloter les budgets et optimiser les coûts IT
  • Gérer les fournisseurs et contrats
  • Définir et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques IT

À PROPOS DE VOUS

Vos compétences techniques:

  • Maîtrise avancée de Linux et des environnements Open Source
  • Solides connaissances en Cloud, réseaux, virtualisation et systèmes distribués
  • Expérience des outils DevOps et Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Pulumi, etc.)
  • Bonne maîtrise des pratiques de sécurité des systèmes (ISO27001 / SOC2 appréciées)
  • Compétences en gestion de projets techniques
  • Anglais professionnel

Vos compétences managériales:

  • Leadership et capacité à encadrer et faire monter en compétences une équipe
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de vulgarisation
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens des priorités
  • Orientation résultats et résolution de problèmes complexes
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie

Votre expérience :

  • Formation supérieure en informatique (Bachelor, Master ou école d’ingénieur)
  • Expérience confirmée en administration systèmes et/ou Cloud
  • Expérience en management d’équipe technique
  • Expérience en la gestion de projets sur des systèmes critiques
