The posting

1.Responsibilities

1. Research the needsand search behaviour of overseas target users, and develop and execute SEO, GEO(Generative Engine Optimisation) and content growth plans.

2. Plan, produce ordrive the production of content across channels such as X, TikTok and Facebook,continuously testing topics, formats and user-acquisition results.

3. Track userconversion from content exposure through to visits, sign-ups and actual usage,and adjust channel and content strategy based on the data.

4. Work with theproduct team to identify issues affecting first-time and continued use, andexplore opportunities for individual usage to drive team adoption.

5. Build up arepeatable body of effective channels, content and conversion methods, ratherthan measuring the work by impressions or publishing volume alone.

2.Requirements

1. Hands-onexperience in SEO, content growth or social media marketing aimed at overseasusers, with the ability to describe experiments you personally owned and theirresults.

2. Able toindependently handle user insight, execution, data analysis and iteration;attentive to actual product usage after acquisition.

3. Able to carry outthe relevant content work and cross-team communication in English. Experiencewith tooling, productivity or self-serve growth products is an advantage.

3.What we hope you bring

· Hands-on experience in content growth, SEO/GEO or socialmedia marketing for overseas users, and the ability to clearly explain theprojects you have run, the actions you took and the outcomes.

· The ability to independently complete the basic loop fromuser insight and content planning through to publishing, data analysis anditeration — not only owning strategy, but also doing the work yourself.

· An understanding of the difference between user acquisitionand product usage, and a willingness to focus on activation and usage aftersign-up rather than impressions alone.

· The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams andto carry out overseas-market content work and communication in English.

4.Bonus points

Experience with overseas consumer products, toolingproducts, or growth projects that expanded from individual users to teams.

Aboutthe role

We are building an App and web product for overseas usersthat helps individuals accumulate, find and use the information that matters intheir work. The product will first solve problems in the individual's own workcontext, and then explore the path from individual use to team adoption. We arelooking for someone who can both set growth strategy and is willing to producecontent and run experiments personally.
