ATIVIDADES

  • Processar, conferir e realizar o fechamento mensal da folha de pagamento;
  • Efetuar lançamentos e validar informações referentes a horas extras, adicional noturno, periculosidade, insalubridade, comissões, premiações, faltas, atrasos e demais eventos da folha;
  • Realizar conferências de encargos trabalhistas e previdenciários, incluindo INSS, FGTS e Imposto de Renda;
  • Executar e acompanhar processos de férias, rescisões, admissões e afastamentos, assegurando a correta integração com a folha de pagamento;
  • Garantir o envio e a consistência das informações relacionadas ao eSocial;
  • Controlar e conferir registros de ponto eletrônico, banco de horas e escalas de trabalho;
  • Emitir relatórios, recibos, holerites e demais documentos pertinentes à folha de pagamento;
  • Atender colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas a salários, descontos, benefícios, férias e demais verbas trabalhistas;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e documentos relacionados às rotinas de folha;
  • Manter-se atualizado quanto às alterações na legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e tributária.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino médio completo, ensino superior cursando em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com processamento e conferência de folha de pagamento;
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;
  • Vivência com eSocial e sistemas de folha de pagamento;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado
  • Conhecimento de sistema Senior
