ATIVIDADES

  • Liderar e orientar a equipe operacional, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando a execução das tarefas diárias;
  • Acompanhar as operações de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição de cargas gerais, conteinerizadas e projetos especiais
  • Garantir o cumprimento do planejamento operacional, assegurando produtividade e atendimento aos prazos dos clientes;
  • Supervisionar atividades de estufagem, desova, unitização, separação e conferência de cargas;
  • Monitorar a utilização adequada de equipamentos, empilhadeiras e recursos operacionais;
  • Apoiar a gestão de estoque, inventários e controles de movimentação de mercadorias;
  • Identificar desvios operacionais e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Realizar acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais, apresentando resultados à coordenação e gerência;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e procedimentos internos;
  • Atuar como ponto de apoio entre a operação, clientes, transporte e áreas administrativas;
  • Participar de reuniões operacionais e contribuir com sugestões para melhoria contínua dos processos.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Ensino superior cursando em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes operacionais em armazéns, terminais logísticos ou operações retroportuárias.
