Requisitos

  • Experiência em funilaria e recuperação de carrocerias de ônibus.
  • Conhecimento em estruturas metálicas e componentes de carrocerias.
  • Técnicas de desamassamento, alinhamento e recuperação de peças.
  • Conhecimento em soldagem de estruturas e componentes metálicos.
  • Conhecimento em preparação de superfícies para pintura.
  • Capacidade de identificar danos estruturais e definir o melhor método de reparo.
  • Conhecimento básico dos materiais utilizados em carrocerias, como aço, alumínio, fibra e componentes plásticos.
  • Comprometimento com qualidade, segurança e organização.

Principais Atividades

  • Confeccionar, instalar e reparar peças de chapas metálicas, utilizando máquinas, ferramentas e dispositivos adequados.
  • Realizar a análise dos veículos a serem reparados, efetuando desmontagens e providenciando materiais, equipamentos e ferramentas necessárias para execução dos serviços.
  • Preparar a lataria e as peças dos veículos para os serviços de funilaria e pintura.
  • Executar pequenos reparos e confeccionar peças simples quando necessário.
  • Realizar montagem e acabamento dos veículos após os reparos.
  • Efetuar soldagens e recuperação de estruturas metálicas da carroceria.
  • Seguir as recomendações técnicas dos fabricantes durante a execução dos serviços.
  • Registrar adequadamente as informações dos serviços realizados nas Ordens de Serviço.
  • Cumprir normas de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e procedimentos internos.
  • Participar de programas de melhoria contínua, contribuindo para a qualidade dos serviços e a eficiência dos processos.
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme necessidade da empresa.
