ATIVIDADES

  • Responsabilidades da área de atuação
  • Exercer atividades de inspeção de equipamentos e instalações em geral, verificando se estão atendendo aos códigos de segurança, estabelecidos por normas técnicas e legislação vigente;
  • Desempenhar ações para a prevenção de acidentes, higiene, segurança, controle e destinação de resíduos, assim como processos de auditoria e relações humanas;
  • Supervisionar as atividades ligadas à segurança do trabalho e SASSMAQ;
  • Promover inspeções nos locais de trabalho;
  • Preparar programas de treinamento sobre segurança do trabalho;
  • Colaborar nos projetos de ergonomia no trabalho;
  • Colaborar com os componentes da CIPA em seus programas, estudando suas observações e proposições, visando a adotar soluções corretivas e preventivas de acidentes do trabalho, seja individual ou coletivo;
  • Levantar e estudar estatísticas de acidentes do trabalho, doenças profissionais e do trabalho, analisando suas causas e gravidade;
  • Elaborar planos para controlar efeitos de catástrofes;
  • Preparar programas de treinamento, admissional e de rotina (integração);
  • Avaliar os casos de acidente do trabalho, acompanhando o acidentado para recebimento de atendimento médico adequado, processando avaliar as suas causas, investigação;
  • Manter o fichário de EPI, EPC e extintores de incêndio atualizados;
  • Manter atualizados os quadros setoriais de acidentes; bem como suas causas;
  • Orientar o trabalhador quanto ao uso do EPI e do EPC;
  • Acompanhar acidentados ao Pronto Socorro e emitir CAT;
  • Comunicar ao RH sobre a estabilidade de acidentados e suas causas;
  • Dar suporte técnico à CIPA e coordenar a realização da SIPAT anualmente;
  • Preparar documentos e programas exigidos pela legislação do trabalho;
  • Pesquisar e analisar as causas de doenças ocupacionais e as condições ambientais em que ocorreram, tomando as providências exigidas em lei, visando evitar sua reincidência, bem como corrigir as condições insalubres causadoras dessas doenças;
  • Promover campanhas, palestras e outras formas de treinamento com o objetivo de divulgar as normas de segurança e higiene do trabalho individual e coletiva;
  • Observar e cumprir as normas técnicas, administrativas, meio ambiente e de segurança;
  • Participar ativamente de programas de melhoria da qualidade de serviços, produtos, gestão ambiental e difundir a ideia de melhoria contínua;
  • Executar outras atribuições semelhantes conforme necessidades.

  • Apoiar no desenvolvimento de relatórios diversos, visando subsidiar a tomada de decisão técnica e gerencial;
  • Propor melhorias em processo;
  • Participar de eventos no setor de logística e transportes (reuniões de sindicatos, seminários, associações, etc.);
  • Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas à função;
  • Utilizar de forma racional os recursos financeiros disponibilizados pela empresas
