ABOUT REHEARSALS The team is ex-DeepMind, ex-Databricks, and ex-Stanford. We launched the first Gemini API, designed Google Lens, post-trained state-of-the-art coding models, started companies that have been acquired, and been awarded more than 25 patents.

Rehearsals is the only company that builds AI twins of real people. Companies use our technology to predict consumer behavior and reactions at scale, in hours instead of months, with 92% accuracy to what real people would do.

We are backed by a16z (Speedrun Fund), Factorial Fund, and 25madison, along with angel investors from DeepMind and OpenAI including Logan Kilpatrick. Revenue is growing 3x month over month. We work with category leaders across CPG, luxury goods, consumer technology, and gaming.

ABOUT THE ROLE The title is the job. Predictions sit at the center of everything we do, and you orchestrate them. Our system autonomously takes a customer's hardest question, builds a set of simulations, and hands back an answer they can act on. Your day is using proprietary tools, tuning inputs and outputs and pushing our automation further, doing it faster and sharper each time.

No two questions are the same, and they only get more sophisticated as customers go deeper. We are not just automating marketing, research and consulting. We are automating decision making itself.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Orchestrate predictions. Run Rehearsals against real business challenges from a very diverse set of companies. These are answers customers can take straight to their executives. Own the customer relationship. Work directly with C-level leadership at household name brands. You manage the relationship end to end, responsive, detail oriented, and trusted to get it right. Bring it back to the product. You see what customers need before anyone else does. Craft new outputs, push for new features, and bring the field's view straight into what we build next. Importantly, you will see what needs to be automated and incorporated first, and will help us close those gaps. Work at the AI frontier. This is hands-on work in prediction, built on bespoke AI models. You go deep on how they behave and how to get the most out of them. Work across the company. Sit between customers, product, and the research and modeling teams, and make sure the right signal reaches the people building what comes next.

WHO YOU ARE 3 to 6 years in a customer-facing, analytical, or operating role. Consulting, post-sales, research, or experience at a fast-moving startup. You build trust fast with senior people and can hold a room of executives. Comfortable with data and AI concepts. No coding required, but you can get fluent in how twins, simulations, and validation work, and explain them simply. Scrappy in a 0 to 1 environment. You do not wait to be told what to do. Detail-oriented and accountable. The person teammates and customers count on. A strong communicator. Able to work in person, five days a week, at our New York City office.

NICE TO HAVE Experience with CPG, luxury, retail, consumer technology, or gaming brands. Background in market research, insights, analytics, or data-heavy products. Comfort building lightweight automations or no-code tools. Early-stage startup experience.
