Principais responsabilidades:

  • Liderar tecnicamente a equipe e apoiar o desenvolvimento dos profissionais da disciplina;
  • Coordenar e acompanhar todas as fases dos projetos, garantindo qualidade, prazos e alinhamento com os objetivos estabelecidos;
  • Identificar riscos, oportunidades e pontos de atenção, propondo soluções junto à gestão do projeto;
  • Atuar na integração multidisciplinar, colaborando com clientes, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas;
  • Desenvolver e revisar projetos, especificações técnicas, relatórios e documentação de engenharia;
  • Apoiar o planejamento de recursos, custos e investimentos dos projetos;
  • Garantir a conformidade técnica das entregas e a excelência dos padrões de qualidade;
  • Disseminar conhecimento, boas práticas e metodologias, contribuindo para a evolução contínua da equipe e dos projetos.

O que a pessoa que se candidatar precisa ter?

  • Conhecimento avançado em Revit
  • Inglês nível C1
  • Graduação e pós-graduação.

Onde será realizado o trabalho?

  • Será esperada também a sua presença no escritório de projetos da Deerns em SP pelo menos duas vezes por semana, os demais dias poderão ser trabalhados de casa.
