Il Ruolo

Per la nostra sede di Roma stiamo cercando un IT Specialist iscritt* alle liste di collocamento mirato L.68/99.

Sarai il punto di contatto per le richieste IT degli utenti interni degli uffici di Roma e Milano, supportandoli nella risoluzione delle problematiche quotidiane e nell’utilizzo efficace degli strumenti aziendali. Opererai a stretto contatto con il team IT, contribuendo a garantire un servizio efficiente e la continuità operativa, con possibilità di crescita e sviluppo delle tue competenze tecniche.

Compiti e responsabilità:

  • Gestione ticket di primo livello (on-site e da remoto)
  • Supporto su problematiche hardware/software (es. PC, stampanti, telefoni)
  • Installazione e configurazione dispositivi e applicazioni aziendali
  • Supporto base su reti e connettività (Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Preparazione postazioni e onboarding IT per nuovi ingressi

Requisiti per il ruolo

  • Iscrizione alle liste di collocamento mirato come Categoria Protetta (L. 68/99).
  • Diploma o laurea in ambito informatico (o esperienza equivalente)
  • Conoscenza base di Windows, macOS e Microsoft 365
  • Familiarità con ticketing IT e troubleshooting
  • Buone capacità comunicative e orientamento al servizio
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello minimo B2 parlato e scritto.

Nice to have: conoscenze di networking di base e principi ITIL.
