ARBETSUPPGIFTER I din roll som HR-partner kommer du ingå som del i den kommuncentrala HR-enheten inom kommunstyrelseförvaltningen.

Som HR-partner arbetar du verksamhetsnära och ger operativt stöd och rådgivning till chefer i personalrelaterade frågor. Du säkerställer att HR-processer, riktlinjer och arbetsrättsliga krav tillämpas korrekt och bidrar till en god arbetsmiljö, ett hållbart ledarskap och en effektiv personalhantering.

Rollen som HR-partner innebär även att tillsammans med dina kollegor utveckla kommunens processer och arbetssätt inom HR-området. Den strategiska delen i rollen ställer höga krav på pedagogik, problemlösning och fokus på långsiktig utveckling. Allt detta i syfte att ansvara och bidra till att Degerfors kommun bedriver ett effektivt och verksamhetsanpassat HR-arbete.

I Degerfors kommun tillämpar vi flextidsavtal samt möjlighet till distansarbete 1 dag/vecka.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har en passion för personalfrågor och som strävar efter att skapa så goda förutsättningar som möjligt för verksamheten att genomföra sitt uppdrag, samt kompetens och erfarenhet av att jobba med uppföljning. Du har förmågan att själv strukturera och organisera ditt arbete och stimuleras av att ta dig an varierande uppgifter och drivs av långsiktiga processer med fokus på hållbar utveckling. Rollen innefattar många kontakter, både inom- och utanför organisationen och stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet.

Vi söker dig som har eftergymnasial utbildning inom HR alternativt annan utbildningsbakgrund tillsammans med relevanta erfarenheter som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du behöver även ha erfarenhet av att arbeta med HR-frågor på strategisk nivå.

Du har lätt för att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift, har goda kunskaper i svenska och vana av att arbeta med digitala plattformar.

Krav:

  • Akademisk examen inom personalvetenskap eller annan likvärdig utbildning.
  • Erfarenhet av HR-processer, chefsstöd och personaladministration.
  • Kunskap inom arbetsrätt och kollektivavtal.
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift.
  • Körkort, då du i ditt arbete kan komma att behöva färdas till olika platser i kommunen för möten/utbildningar.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av personalsystemen Personec P, Adato, Stella, Novi, WinLas, Visma Recruit.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i politiskt styrd verksamhet.

Löneform: Månadslön. Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: Enligt ök. Arbetstid: Dagtid.
