ARBETSUPPGIFTER Ditt uppdrag

Som familjebehandlare arbetar du nära barn och föräldrar både utifrån behovsprövade insatser och icke-behovsprövade insatser. Vi arbetar med 1:a och 2:a linjens socialtjänst vilket innebär arbete med tidiga insatser så som rådgivning och fria samtal och även beslutade insatser så som familjestöd.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Genomföra familjebehandlande samtal med barn, ungdomar och familjer
  • Ge praktiskt stöd och vägledning utifrån familjens behov
  • Arbeta med förändringsarbete både individuellt och tillsammans med familjen
  • Samverka nära med kollegor och andra aktörer runt barnet och familjen
  • Dokumentera arbetet enligt gällande lagstiftning

Arbetet bedrivs både i våra lokaler, i familjernas hemmiljö och på andra platser där insatsen bäst kan genomföras.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har:

  • Socionomexamen, beteendevetenskaplig utbildning eller annan utbildning inom socialt, psykosocialt eller behandlingspedagogiskt område som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig
  • God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska, både i tal och skrift
  • B-körkort

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom socialtjänsten/ skolan
  • Erfarenhet av familjebehandling i öppenvård med barn och ungdomar
  • God kunskap om socialtjänstlagen och barns behov
  • God dokumentationsvana
  • Kunskap och erfarenhet av relevanta behandlingsmetoder, exempelvis PYC, FFT, Trygghetscirkeln, rePULSE, Trappan och KOMET
