Procuramos por um profissional para atuar como Supervisor Técnico Comercial de Exportação, com foco de atendimento no Paraguai, que seja dinâmico, proativo e com forte orientação ao cliente.

Principais Responsabilidades - Liderar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe comercial para o atingimento das metas e resultados; - Prospectar novos clientes e oportunidades de negócios no Paraguai e outros países da América Latina, além de realizar vendas diretas; - Gerir o ciclo completo de vendas, desde o cadastro do cliente até o recebimento das faturas; - Elaborar e acompanhar orçamento, metas, planos de ação e indicadores da região atendida; - Desenvolver propostas técnico-comerciais e estudos de viabilidade para os clientes; - Realizar visitas consultivas, identificando necessidades e oferecendo suporte técnico e comercial; - Promover treinamentos, palestras, dias de campo e representar a empresa em eventos do setor; - Supervisionar representantes e distribuidores, fornecendo treinamento, suporte técnico e apoio comercial; - Contribuir para a expansão e rentabilidade dos negócios na região de atuação;

- Ensino superior completo em Zootecnia, Medicina Veterinária, Agronomia ou Comércio Exterior; - Possuir vivência técnico/comercial em indústria de nutrição animal. - Desejável vivência anterior em exportação; - Residir ou possuir disponibilidade para residir em Campinas/SP ou Assunção (Paraguai); - Inglês intermediário e Espanhol intermediário;
