At DEIF A/S, we develop advanced control solutions that keep power stable and efficient – whether from wind, solar, or traditional sources. With more than 700 employees worldwide, we set new standards in energy efficiency and power conversion, working every day to become the market leader in intelligent energy control. Together, we create solutions that Improve Tomorrow.

About the job

As Department Manager of User Interface & Cloud Software, you will lead a team of 14 highly skilled software engineers responsible for developing DEIF's cloud platform and digital user interfaces. The department plays a key role in shaping the digital experience of our products and enabling customers to monitor, configure, and optimise their energy systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring the department has the right competencies, resources, and direction to deliver on DEIF's ambitions within Cloud Software and UI Development.

To lead technical professionals effectively, you should have a solid understanding of software development and modern web technologies. This enables you to engage in technical discussions and act as a credible sparring partner for experienced engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

As a manager, your success will be measured by the success of your people. You will create clarity in situations of uncertainty, support decision-making in projects, and help the team stay focused on delivering results while continuing to grow and develop.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
