Stellenbeschreibung

  • Betreuung: Ob telefonisch oder persönlich – du bist der oder die erste Ansprechperson (m/w/d) für unsere Patient*innen und repräsentierst unsere Praxis.
  • Organisation: Den Behandlungskalender hast du immer im Blick, vergibst darauf basierend Termine und koordinierst die Praxisabläufe.
  • Bestellung: Du übernimmst das Bestellwesen und kümmerst dich um die Verwaltung.
  • Verwaltung: Darüber hinaus kannst du dich bei vielfältigen Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Rahmen des Praxisalltags einbringen und so gemeinsam für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf sorgen.

Qualifikationen

  • Persönlichkeit: Ob du deine berufliche Laufbahn als MFA, ZFA (m/w/d) oder im Tourismus / Hotellerie gestartet hast, ist für uns zweitrangig – wichtig sind uns Serviceorientierung, ein hohes Kommunikationsniveau sowie ein freundliches und höfliches Auftreten.
  • Zusammenhalt: Dir ist es wichtig, dass Patient*innen zufrieden sind, der Praxisalltag strukturiert ist und wir gemeinsam Hand in Hand arbeiten.
  • Passion: Du hast Spaß an deinem Job und arbeitest dich mit Engagement in neue Aufgabenbereiche ein, bist zuverlässig und bringst ein ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick mit.
