Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir ab sofort genau DICH als Zahnmedizinische Abrechnungskraft (ZMV) (m/w/d) für mindestens 32 Stunden.

Als Zahnmedizinische Abrechnungskraft übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle: Du behälst den Überblick über Verwaltung und Abrechnung und trägst maßgeblich zu einem strukturierten, erfolgreichen Praxisalltag bei. Dabei arbeitest du auf Augenhöhe mit dem gesamten Team und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ein.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Abrechnungen: Du übernimmst die vollständige und sachgerechte Erstellung von HKPs, Kostenvoranschlägen sowie die Abrechnung der Behandlungen von Privat- und Kassenpatienten.
  • Rechnungswesen: Du schreibst und kontrollierst Rechnungen und klärst offene Fragen zu den Abrechnungspositionen.
  • Kommunikation: Du korrespondierst mit Versicherungen und Factoringdienstleistern und hälst die Abrechnung in unserer Datenbank auf dem neuesten Stand.

Qualifikationen

  • Qualifikation: Du bist ausgebildete ZFA und/oder ZMV (m/w/d) und blickst auf praktische Erfahrung in der Abrechnung zurück.
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten: Gewissenhaftes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ist für dich nicht nur eine Floskel, sondern gelebte Praxis. Du hast alles im Griff!
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Auf dich kann man zählen! Du bist nicht nur ein Organisationstalent, sondern auch ein echter Teamplayer, der stets bereit ist, zu unterstützen.
